These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ShotTrack ("we," "our," "the app"). By using ShotTrack, you agree to these Terms. ShotTrack is operated by Nauman Khan, located at Islamabad, Pakistan.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use ShotTrack.
Please read these Terms carefully. They cover important topics: how ShotTrack works, what you can and cannot do with the app, our subscription terms, and how disputes are resolved.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and, for Washington residents, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Together they describe the full agreement between you and us.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ShotTrack. By using the app, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use ShotTrack.
You must use ShotTrack lawfully and consistent with these Terms. You may not use ShotTrack on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Important: ShotTrack is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for medical decisions about your own care. Do not change a medication, dose, or schedule based solely on information in ShotTrack.
To use sync and account features, you create an account. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see section 11).
You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is final and permanent within seconds.
You agree NOT to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
ShotTrack offers a free tier with most features available without payment. Premium features are available through subscription:
Both subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle the billing; we do not process your payment directly.
Free trial. Premium subscriptions may include a free trial period. The terms of any free trial (length, eligibility, conversion to paid) are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple ID and Google account holders are typically eligible for one trial per platform per app.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the same price unless cancelled. You can cancel through your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings at any time, before the next renewal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price applies at your next renewal. You can cancel before the renewal if you don't want the new price.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play under their refund policies. We do not have direct control over refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through your account.
Tax. Subscription prices may include taxes depending on your location, as determined by Apple or Google.
ShotTrack's free tier includes most app features. We may change which features are free and which are paid over time. We will notify you in the app of significant changes to the free/paid feature split at least 14 days before they take effect.
We are not promising any specific feature will be free forever. We are committing to give you reasonable advance notice if a feature you use moves from free to paid, so you can decide whether to subscribe.
The data you put into ShotTrack — your dose logs, schedule, medications, notes — belongs to you. We use it only to provide the app's features as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time through Settings → Account → Export my data.
You grant us a limited license to use your data only as needed to provide ShotTrack to you. This license:
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, use it to train AI models, or use it for any purpose not described in the Privacy Policy.
ShotTrack — including the app, its design, code, logos, and content we provide (medication catalog, body-map graphics, etc.) — is our property. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use ShotTrack for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
If you provide feedback or suggestions about ShotTrack, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve the app, without compensation to you.
ShotTrack uses third-party services to operate (Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, OneSignal, Loops, Apple, Google). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. By using ShotTrack, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these services where they apply to you (for example, Apple's App Store terms when you subscribe through the App Store).
We list these third parties and what they do in our Privacy Policy.
You can terminate your relationship with ShotTrack at any time by:
We may terminate or suspend your access to ShotTrack if:
If we terminate your account, we will give you reasonable notice when possible, except where giving notice would defeat the purpose (for example, an ongoing security threat).
After termination:
SHOTTRACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO SHOTTRACK IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR SHOTTRACK IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO US$25.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow some of these limitations; if you are in such a state, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.
We hope you never have a dispute with us. If you do, please follow this process:
Step 1: Contact us first. Before filing any legal action, email privacy@shottrack.app with a description of your dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve it.
Step 2: 30-day cooldown. Give us 30 days from the date of your email to respond and try to resolve the dispute. Most disputes can be resolved this way.
Step 3: Legal action. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, you may proceed with legal action.
This process is required before you file a lawsuit, except for matters that genuinely cannot wait (for example, a request for an emergency injunction, or a small claims court action where the rules don't allow this kind of pre-suit notice).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action you bring against us should be filed in Pakistan, except where applicable law (including state consumer-protection laws like Washington's My Health My Data Act) requires otherwise.
If you live in a US state, the consumer-protection laws of your state may give you rights that override or add to these Terms. We do not seek to limit those rights.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will:
You can always see the current version at https://shottrack.app/terms.
If you continue using ShotTrack after a change, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
You can see prior versions of these Terms at https://shottrack.app/terms/v<n>.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver. If we don't enforce a right under these Terms in one situation, that doesn't mean we waive that right in others.
Assignment. We may assign these Terms (for example, if ShotTrack is acquired) without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and us about ShotTrack.
Notices to you. We may give you notices through the app, by email to your registered address, or by posting on our website. You agree to receive notices electronically.
Independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
